Happy Oceanfront Condo Owners!

Approximately six months ago, my wife and I decided we wanted to buy a place at the beach. A good friend of mine recommended Joyce White. He had met her and she was helping him find another place at the beach. He spoke very highly of her, and I now understand why. After my first contact with her, more or less to let her know what we were looking for and the price range, the job of finding a beach place became a breeze. She sent us every listing of property that became available in email form and then answered any questions we may have had about it either by phone or email. She actually went to several places and took extra pictures for us. Once we found what we were looking for, Joyce negotiated a good price for us and handled everything except signing the contract and closing the loan. She cheerfully showed up at the closing to make us feel comfortable and make sure everything went like it should. We are now the happy owners of an oceanfront condo, thanks to Joyce.

Once we decided on the home of our choice, you coordinated the whole purchase process for us. From the initial contact of the seller ensuring we had the "first right of refusal" on the home; to taking care of all inspections of the home during home construction; to negotiating all our complaints directly with the seller; to assistance during our house closing. Dealing with these issues remotely from Virginia normally would be impossible but with your assistance it became efficient and very comfortable.
